Montesano Bros. owns 150 pieces of machinery, giving us an edge in both cost efficiency and project timeline management. We strive to have the most up-to-date and well-maintained fleet in the industry and cycle out old equipment when necessary to minimize maintenance costs and ensure that we are adhering to the latest safety and environmental standards.
We demand a lot from our equipment, which is why we continually monitor and track the performance of all our machinery. If a piece of equipment is not performing correctly, we either send it to our in-house maintenance facility or replace it entirely. Our onsite mechanics enable us to keep projects on time and within budget.
At Montesano, we care deeply about the environment and are acutely conscious of our carbon footprint. Our team stays up to date on the latest technological innovations and we routinely upgrade our equipment to ensure our fleet is as efficient and environmentally friendly as possible. To further reduce our environmental impact, we use rock crushers and screeners wherever applicable. These machines reduce the size or change the form of waste materials so they can be more easily disposed of or recycled.
